kx9 Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kx9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform") operated by kx9 ("the Company"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

1.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

2.1 To register and use a kx9 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation or automated entity);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on kx9 or any affiliated platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party.

2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the Company's sole discretion.

2.3 kx9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.4 The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials associated with your kx9 account.

3.2 You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kx9 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

3.3 kx9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

3.4 You must notify kx9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kx9 will investigate all such reports promptly.

3.5 kx9 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. However, no online security system can be guaranteed to be completely impenetrable, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the kx9 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 kx9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. kx9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 kx9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers (including but not limited to bKash and Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, for which kx9 accepts no responsibility.

4.5 kx9 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.6 Funds deposited into your kx9 account are held for the purpose of gambling on the Platform only. kx9 is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances.

5.1 kx9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

5.2 General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion;
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — one bonus per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated;
• kx9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including opening multiple accounts, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or any form of collusion — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 VIP loyalty rewards are governed by the kx9 VIP Program terms. VIP tier status and associated benefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Accumulated points and tier status are not transferable and hold no monetary value outside the Platform.

6.1 All bets placed on the kx9 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant game or market interface.

6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless the relevant game rules expressly provide for this.

6.3 kx9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed:

• At clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error;
• After the event or outcome had already been determined;
• On a market that was suspended at the time of placement;
• Through the use of automated software, bots, or any non-human means.

6.4 kx9 operates a fair play policy. Any Player found to be engaging in match-fixing, using insider information, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other form of cheating will have their account permanently suspended and all balances forfeited. kx9 reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.

6.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet or game outcome, the decision of the kx9 risk and compliance team shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 11 of these Terms.

7.1 kx9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

7.2 kx9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx9 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, tax evasion, or any other unlawful activity;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or use of non-public insider information;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kx9 staff or other players.

8.2 Any breach of the prohibitions in clause 8.1 will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and pending withdrawals, and may result in civil or criminal referral at kx9's discretion.

9.1 All content on the kx9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design — is the exclusive intellectual property of kx9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of kx9.

9.3 The kx9 brand name and logo are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of the kx9 trademark is strictly prohibited.

10.1 The kx9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

10.2 kx9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence;
• Events beyond the reasonable control of kx9, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, or third-party payment provider issues.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits kx9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the kx9 service, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint, including your registered username, the date of the incident, and a clear description of the issue.

11.2 kx9 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days. Complex disputes may take longer to investigate; we will keep you informed of progress throughout.

11.3 In the event that you are dissatisfied with kx9's response, you may escalate the matter in writing. All escalations will be reviewed by a senior member of the kx9 compliance team.

11.4 All disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable to the kx9 Platform. In the event of any legal proceedings, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

12.1 kx9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12.2 kx9 will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data is shared only where required to process your transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, or provide customer support.

13.3 Where an account is closed by kx9 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance within the account may be forfeited in full.

14.2 Players are required to cooperate with kx9's security and fraud prevention procedures, including providing identification documents when requested, responding to security verification checks, and reporting any suspicious activity observed on the Platform.

14.3 kx9 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All large or unusual transactions are subject to enhanced scrutiny. kx9 will file reports with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
